A new interpretation of the classic Greek myth, based on an adaptation by acclaimed French playwright Jean Anouilh, in its first ever UK performance. Staged as a journey into the vast, mechanical depths of the backstage areas of the theatre, the piece reveals the final, violent night of a desperate refugee woman and incorporates choregraphy by the Olivier-Award winning Kenrick “H20” Sandy of Boy Blue Entertainment and storytelling by Inno Sorsy who began her career in theatre in the early 1970s with the groundbreaking French group Le Grand Magic Circus.
